Mclaurin Aerospace is looking to add a new business function and is seeking a qualified student with strong business acumen to fill a part-time, paid internship position to contribute to this effort.
Responsibilities
Create and update standard operating procedures (SOP)
Post job listings to job boards
Review candidates for jobs
Assist with new employee onboarding as needed
Assist with contract administration as needed
Conduct a market analysis
Create a business plan
Create a marketing strategy
Assist in determining pricing strategy
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
Familiarity with engineering and software development is a plus
Able to conduct and analyze quality market research
Strategic decision maker
Highly motivated self-starter
Proficient in Microsoft office
Excellent written and oral communication
Both graduate and undergraduate students are eligible to apply, although undergraduate candidates should have completed at least 60 credit hours of undergraduate coursework. Requirements

Student positions require a minimum commitment of 40 hours per month. Certain opportunities may require additional commitments, but schedules are designed to accommodate and support the needs of the student's academic program. Regular coordination between a mentor and the student facilitates alignment of the student's task area(s) with his or her academic goals.
