Responsibilities:

As a Regional Logistics Business Development Manager, your role involves leading and optimizing logistics operations. Your expertise will ensure the utmost efficiency and customer satisfaction in our logistics-related operations.


Key Duties:

• Manage and develop productive relationships with local logistics vendors, ensuring

optimal service levels.

• Be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all fulfillment & logistics

operations, including the readiness for peak seasons to maintain business continuity.

• Optimize logistics solutions to deliver cost-effective shipping opportunities

• Support the overseas logistics team in process optimization for import operations and

handle daily customs clearance exceptions, ensuring smooth operations.

• Analyze operations and propose innovative solutions to further optimize delivery

processes and cost savings.


Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with a top logistics company, preferably with

experience in 3PL management in a top E-commerce logistics company. Prior project

experience with E-commerce clients is a plus.

• Fluency in English and the local language

• Ability to work under pressure and manage logistics during high demand periods.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changes.

• Demonstrable negotiation skills for managing relationships with vendor companies.
