Account Manager

Regional Care, Inc. (RCI) is one of the nation’s premier independent third-party insurance administrators based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and is actively looking for an individual with strong customer service to join the team as an Account Manager.

To serve this mission, the Account Manager will maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts.

As An RCI Account Manager, You Will

• Resolve client issues and act as a client intermediary regarding issues with eligibility, billing, funding, claims, PPO networks, Pharmacy Benefit Managers, Utilization Review vendors, and all related products and services
• Correspond with clients regarding Regional Care, Inc. internal changes
• Visit clients regularly in accordance with client needs, document client concerns and follow up with resolutions
  
  

You May Be a Good Fit If You Have

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Three years Account Management/Client Services experience in a Third Party Administrator or group health insurance environment
• Licensure with Nebraska Life and Health
