About The Role

Are you a motivated and KPI-driven leader with a passion for the food sector? Our client is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join their dynamic team in Redditch. As a Team Leader, you will manage a team of 12-15 employees, ensuring smooth operations and high performance during the afternoon and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 12-15 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and drive team performance to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Handle team scheduling, attendance, and shift planning.
• Address and resolve any operational issues or staff concerns promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and productivity.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food sector.
• Strong understanding of KPI management and the ability to drive team performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
• Flexibility to work the designated hours (14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday).
