We have an ambitious People team who strive to continually be better and work as a valued partner to the organization. The team is split into Talent and HR for delivery, however also work closely together. This role is to sit in the Talent team and support our in-house recruitment activities as well as supporting other Talent led activities. As our Talent Coordinator, you will play a vital role in us delivering the high standard the Talent team works too

Requirements

About the role

This fast-paced, hands-on, role encompasses the full resourcing cycle. You can expect to be involved in, but not limited to, the following:

  • Managing our recruitment pipeline through our embedded ATS
  • Delivery of attraction, interviewing and hiring activities for all Resonate roles
  • Enhancing our employer brand and providing a consistently exceptional candidate experience
  • Managing the relationship with our PSL and key partners
  • Providing key recruitment metrics/data for business and management information, understanding requirements, conducting analysis, salary benchmarking, and providing commentary for regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Own the Employee review data, recording and reporting where needed
  • Deliver/support initiatives and projects as part of the People Roadmap, to develop our employee value proposition and resource operations
  • Manage the onboarding process for new starters, including onboarding planning, inductions and new joiner check-ins
  • Ensure appropriate confidentiality in all we do through effective security/access controls for information/data obtained, processed, and held, in accordance with our obligations under DPA/GDPR

About you

You will be passionate about developing access to the talent market to deliver a sustainable and diverse pipeline of the right tech resources, at the right time, to build and maintain business capability, as well as being able to provide a compelling account of why Resonate is a great place to work.

Personally, you will be:

  • Familiar with tech recruitment, with an appreciation of the elements of the software development lifecycle; coding, frameworks, testing, analysis, architecture, environments, etc
  • Interested to learn more about the Rail sector and bring ideas of how we can continue to improve processes in the Talent function
  • Highly organised and flexible, with the ability to work effectively both solo and as part of a team, prioritising and managing your workload and delivery commitments
  • A real team player who is honest, open and proactive in their work style
  • Accurate, and take real pride in all you do, understanding that errors can have significant impacts for the business, our team, and our colleagues
  • Willing and able to take accountability and ownership of resourcing projects
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and resilient when faced with changing priorities and direction
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate succinctly and effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior level
  • Able to think beyond current practices, ask if there is a better way of doing things, propose new ideas/improvements, and drive these forward
  • Skilled in the use of IT and systems (we Microsoft driven and will be using Workable as our ATS solution) able to extract, interpret and present data/metrics effectively

This role is a 14 month fixed term contract.
