In 1984 the popular product was then co-founded in Europe and ever since then evolved into becoming one of the most talked about and drank brands internationally.

Opportunity:


We're looking for a National Account Executive to work across the On Trade channel for a global FMCG business filled with passionate and innovative people! These guys have seen significant growth year on year and hold a dominant market share in the soft drinks category as well as being one of the top 10 FMCG brands in the UK.


This role would suit a highly ambitious, On-Trade expert who can demonstrate their knowledge and experience. With a leadership team that allows you to make your own decisions, you can build your own success story. The role itself will see you work across the On Trade channel but more specifically looking after customers from Hotels, Casinos, and the Leisure sector.


You'll be reporting into the Channel Head for On-Premise, who will support you on your journey, but also give you autonomy to develop. This isn’t for the faint hearted – the pace is fast, the standards are high, and no day is the same. You be doing this:

  • Delivering against targets, which are driven by a clear business plan that caters to both Customer and business priorities.
  • Drive and develop the channel strategy.
  • Identify and open up new distribution opportunities.
  • Identify key opportunities with developing accounts and build a plan that delivers mutually beneficial growth.
  • Achievement of volume, profit and net revenue targets.
  • Share best practice within the team and wider business.
  • To be an advocate of the brand with all key external contacts and consumers


And you’ll need this:


  • Minimum 2 years FMCG sales experience, ideally in On-Trade
  • Proven account management & P&L Accountability.
  • Experience of high-level negotiation
  • Evidence of writing and delivering a Joint Business Plan
