Full Job Description
As the document controller on site, you will play a crucial role in supporting the on-site team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent administrative skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the site management team.
Maintain site records, including daily logs, attendance records, and health and safety documentation.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of project reports and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Manage site correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Organise and maintain the site office, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist with the on boarding of new site personnel, including and issuing of site access cards.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients as required.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Support the site team in the implementation of health and safety protocols.
Requirements
Experience working in an administrative/ document control role
Proficient in all aspect of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
