Data & AI Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Actively participate on the shaping and development of the business case for Data & AI opportunities;

Lead, motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams of Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Data visualization consultants;

Solve challenging business problems of our clients;

Shape and develop the Data & Artificial Intelligence offerings and its value proposition in cooperation with the broader Data & Artificial Intelligence team.

Relevant experience in the Data & AI solutions/ projects;

Relevant experience of leading the delivery of data & advanced analytics solutions for leading companies;

Technical skills in data & advanced analytics

Consulting services experience or experience of selling in a consultative environment;

Natural leadership with the ability to easily establish trust-based relationships and gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication

Bachelor's Degree or higher

Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese

Knowledge and experience in Gen AI projects would be much appreciated
