Key Responsibilities
Develop plans to achieve company targets and implement strategies to drive expansion.
Manage budget and financial performance.
Ensure daily efficiency and compliance.
Identify and capitalize on new opportunities and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coach and develop the sales team and the after sales service.
Professional Profile
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial sales background with the ability to drive revenue growth and expand market presence, proven experience in the engineering industry and in setting up a HQ - commercial subsidiary.
A degree in Business Management or similar and fluency in English are required.
German language skills are considered an advantage.
