Position Summary:
As a Wedding Planner at Saffron String, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing exceptional weddings for our clients. You will collaborate with a talented team, ensuring that each event reflects the unique vision and preferences of our clients. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in wedding planning and a passion for creating magical moments.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations for the wedding.
Provide expert advice and suggestions to help clients make informed decisions.
Well versed with creating & curating presentation by Canva/PPT, etc and Excel (MUST)
Event Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
Oversee all aspects of wedding logistics, from venue selection and decor to catering and entertainment.
Vendor Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality services within budget constraints.
Coordinate with various vendors to ensure seamless execution of the event.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including designers, coordinators, and other event professionals, to bring the client's vision to life.
Lead and motivate the team to ensure flawless execution of events.
Problem-Solving:
Anticipate and address potential challenges during the planning and execution phases.
Implement effective solutions to ensure a smooth and successful event.
Post-Event Evaluation:
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback from clients and team members.
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes for continuous enhancement.
