Senior HR Business Partner

Our client is a leading Financial services organization is seeking a Senior HRBP to join their dynamic team in Bangalore, India.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is hands-on in planning and supporting the overall business goals and aggressive technology roadmap. You will play a critical role in continuous improvement in policy, services, and processes into the line of business.

Other responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Passionate to build and develop the perfect culture.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance through coaching, career development and management of all employee relations matters.
• Advise management on salary review, benchmarking and benefits policy.

• Detail-oriented and independent but need to be a team player.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and possesses strong business and financial acumen.
• Significant experience in business partnering, program delivery and agile methodology.
