The ideal candidate will be someone who is hands-on in planning and supporting the overall business goals and aggressive technology roadmap. You will play a critical role in continuous improvement in policy, services, and processes into the line of business.
Other responsibilities include:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Passionate to build and develop the perfect culture.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance through coaching, career development and management of all employee relations matters.
Advise management on salary review, benchmarking and benefits policy.
In addition, we are also looking for:
Detail-oriented and independent but need to be a team player.
Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and possesses strong business and financial acumen.
Significant experience in business partnering, program delivery and agile methodology.
Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
