Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for expanding retail operations, taking into
  
  

account management goals and input from the retail sector. These strategies should align with

brand guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual

basis.

• Supervise all aspects of project management, including identifying suitable locations, selecting
  
  

vendors, planning budgets, implementing projects, and coordinating store openings. Maintain

strict monitoring and reporting systems to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Foster effective communication and coordination between internal teams, external
  
  

stakeholders, and franchise owners. Proactively address any delays and optimize execution at

the ground level to achieve project objectives and seamlessly hand over new stores in

accordance with SOPs.

• Update the MIS tracker regularly.
• Be fully involved in every stage, from contract negotiation to the opening and operation of the
  
  

outlet. Ensure timely opening and smooth initial functioning by overseeing all aspects of the

process.
