Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python programming, machine learning, and AI model deployment. This role involves leading the development of cutting-edge AI applications, managing data curation, fine-tuning models and creating agents to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• LLM Applications Development: Spearhead the creation of innovative applications and agents using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Micro-Service Development: Develop and maintain micro-service search tools that allow users to search documents, texts, and databases effectively, delivering highly relevant results
• Dataset Curation and Fine-Tuning: Curate datasets and fine-tune LLMs and text-to-text models, leading to significant improvements in accuracy and performance
• Model Deployment and Auto-Retraining: Deploy AI models as micro-services, implementing automated retraining processes, including data acquisition, cleaning, feature engineering, model training, experimenting, hosting, and deployment
  
  
  

Skills and Qualifications -

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven application experience as a Python Developer with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with its ecosystems
• Experience with popular Python frameworks (such as Django, Flask)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)
• Knowledge of databases and SQL (eg PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of machine learning libraries and frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools
