US/Night Shift

Job location - Vidyavihar, Mumbai

This position supports our North American Operations team focused on Inventory Control & Operations. In this role you will manage performance against KPIs, performing root cause analysis when issues arise. Leveraging previous SOPs and business processes, you will recommend and participate in initiatives that reduce error & improve our operation accuracy. Operating as a subject matter expert, you play a meaningful role in the control and monitoring of all operations KPIs for your position. You will establish a standardized way of working to ensure all internal and external partners are aligned with team’s processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Track performance against metrics/OKRs and work with partner teams to exceed accuracy and system control targets
2. Capture and analyze data variances across the internal and external network - develop and lead root cause analysis process to ensure trouble areas are monitored and eliminated.
3. Help to identify strategic and operational weaknesses, develop proposals, outline and implement controlled solutions
4. Lead book-to-book reconciliation between large data sets between Warehouse Management and Accounting Systems
5. Responsible for supporting the larger supply chain team in systematic transaction completeness, accuracy, and punctuality
6. Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures and documentation in collaboration with Accounting and Internal Audit stakeholders
7. Assist the team with developing and automating tools for regular operations reconciliation.
8. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation for all processes and controls across our network. Identify inefficiencies and help to coordinate to determine a future state that satisfies the business requirements.
9. Develop and implement new processes to increase compliance and simplify warehouse or systemic workflows
10. Continuously improve process control documentation working with cross-functional teams, provide training when needed, and operate as a point of escalation when required
11. Ensure all Inventory & SOX Controls are met according to HOS Inventory Policy

Competencies

• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations support, Supply Chain, or a related field data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A growth mindset that highly values feedback
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Extremely organized and diligent
• Analytical background; comfortable in ambiguous situations
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
• Advanced or functionally proficient in Excel, comfortable with large data sets
• Knowledge of supply chain systems, Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
• Previous experience with SCALE or WMS integrations is a plus
• Experience with lean / Six Sigma a plus
