Global Head of Learning Management MED (f/m/x)

Working closely with the company’s leadership team to execute the business strategy and the transformation into the training and learning strategy

Develop the Training and Learning agenda for ZEISS Meditec, in alignment with ZEISS Group’s agenda

Develop training content for our solutions in Ophthalmology and Microsurgery and drive the global training execution towards sales and service staff as well towards our customers.

Execute the Learning strategy and business plan as a hand-on operational leader, including setting clear goals, prioritizing work, making decisions, and ensuring accountability across all locations and tasks to strengthen the company’s market position, achieve desired business goals, and contributes to the overall growth of the company.

Lead the global Digital Transformation of Learning throughout the entire organisation and across all training touchpoints.

Drive the mindset change into an active learning organization

Be a trusted coach and partner to the MED M1 Management and the leadership team: act as a sounding to the leadership team and other stakeholders in the organization

Master’s degree in business management or medical technology, HR or similar 8 years in medical technology field in a leadership role, e.g., international Sales and Service leadership role

Successful track record of leading large direct teams

Purpose-driven, internally, and externally inspiring leader, with gravitas and accessibility simultaneously

Clear communicator, able to translate the values and the business expectations of the organization into crisp and executable training projects, ensuring strategy is considered into Learning and Training offerings to all MED target groups, including employees and customers globally

Can navigate effectively through complexity and can connect effortlessly beyond their function of expertise

Operates with empathy as the connector as well as the change agent across the executive team and the organization and displays situational awareness, positively influences the dynamics in the Learning Transformation across the organization and treats all with respect
