5 years of testing and field support experience in various VoIP and/or Mobility products and technologies
Strong Tier 4 problem and troubleshooting/diagnosis and resolution experience.
Extensive knowledge/experience with various protocols/architectures (SIP, RTP, RTCP, H.323, IMS, T.38) wrt implementation, interworking, troubleshooting, and support
Experience with VoIP and/or Mobility Solutions with extensive knowledge of Dial Plans, Call Experience with gathering, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex customer/network (VoIP and/or Mobility) sessions at the packet level, using tools such as Wireshark, Agilent, Tektronix, Netscope.
