Vivienne Westwood is looking for a Store Supervisor to join the Team in the Belmont Park Store on a Full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
To maximise sales and provide excellent customer service while adhering to all company standards, policies and procedures.
To represent the Vivienne Westwood Brand to the highest standards in all daily activities
To take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
To provide excellent levels of customer service and surpass customer expectations at every opportunity
Provide enhanced till accountability e.g. able to process refunds and price overrides and can be relied upon to cash up when necessary
To identify customer needs and answer all products related questions
To follow Company procedures and processes to maintain security of stock, customer records ad cash handling
To resolve customer complaints promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions and making appropriate recommendations to the store management
To attend and participate in all store meetings and training events as required
Ensuring good communication and professionalism is maintained at all times
To communicate all potential health & safety issues to the store manager and comply with Company safety and security procedures
Any other ad hoc task as outlined by the store Management
Profile & Key Skills
Proven experience in a similar role in retail fashion luxury or ready to take the next step in their career.
Key understanding of which fabrications and colours work best in specific styles and for specific client’s needs, body shape and event location for example.
Expert knowledge of over 100 couture samples.
Able to respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of Vivienne Westwood merchandise
Able to answer queries from less experienced colleagues in response to customer enquires recognised and deferred to by peer group as being more experienced and knowledgeable Deputises for Assistant Manage when required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Goal driven.
Computer literate
