Korn Ferry has partnered with our client in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst. This is an opportunity to work with a strong, stable company positioned for growth. This will be a hybrid schedule, with the candidate needing to be able to come to the office in Atlanta, GA, 2 days a week.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and forecasting activities
Oversee budgeting and profitability analysis
Work with the finance team to keep improving forecasting processes
Perform variance analysis of actual compared to forecasted results for leadership
Prepare monthly reports
Become an expert on financial software systems
Utilizes predictive models to provide actionable analysis for financial performance, trends, and long-term forecasts
Skills Needed:
Analytical and strong financial knowledge
Ability to interpret data and make explanations, Strong MS Excel knowledge
Integrity and high ethical standards
Independent, quick thinker, and excellent communication skills
Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Educational & Work Requirements:
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA preferred
Work Experience: 3-5 years of progressive finance or FP&A experience
