Senior Manager of Financial Systems

Our client, a growing publicly traded company is looking to hire a Senior Manager of Financial Systems, which is newly created role due to company growth. The company is financially sound, known for providing tremendous professional growth and development opportunities, and the team is comprised of smart, passionate, team oriented, and talented individuals. The Director of Financial Systems will lead a team of 4 direct reports and have high exposure to "C" level leadership, acting as a liaison with accounting, finance, and IT.

Primary Responsibilities Of The Senior Manager Of Financial Systems

• Lead the implementation of a new consolidations system, Onestream
• Oversee any implementation of any new reporting modules or ERP upgrades
• Assist with on-boarding acquisitions and oversee the integration of financial information
• Work cross-functionally with IT, Accounting, Finance and PMO office
• Work with FP&A to help align KPIs and metrics for new markets and acquired businesses
• Assist with development of business processes as it relates to systems
  
  

Specific Requirements For The Senior Manager Of Financial Systems

• B.S. or B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Business or Information Sciences
• 7 years relevant experience, roots in accounting and/or finance
• Experience leading a software implementation, integration or upgrade (Onestream strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of consolidations
• Strong project management skills
