onsemi Finance is undergoing an exciting period of transformation. Work is underway to modernize and streamline our existing processes and align service delivery on a global scale. This is an exceptional opportunity to partner across onsemi and key stakeholders to influence how we provide services, drive excellence and innovation in the Finance organization.

onsemi is looking for a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Image Sensor Group based in San Jose, CA.

As a senior financial analyst, you will be supporting the Automotive and Industrial business units and report to the Controller.

• Monthly P&L reporting and profitability analysis
• Revenue and Gross Margin analysis
• Preparation & review of product cost models and pricing analysis
• Strategic and annual plan forecast support
• Budget compilation and reporting
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management and make recommendations for business improvements
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the financial support and operational expectations for the organization
• Support capital spending requests
• Ad hoc financial analysis for Division and Group Controller, as necessary
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting and/or business related field

5-10 years of finance or accounting experience preferred, semiconductor experience a plus

Experience with data analysis/visualization tools beyond Microsoft excel (such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Oracle).

Ability to analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources.

Experience working with complex forecasting models.

Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a quick moving and change oriented environment.

Ability to work independently and in teams.

Able to effectively collaborate across multiple functions like engineering, manufacturing, finance, marketing, and operations.

Excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and interact cross-functionally at all levels of the organization

High energy level and genuine passion for the work. Desire to grow in the role.

Position requires up to 5% travel
