Senior Finance Manager

Our Client is a private equity company based in Munich. They specialise in companies in the automotive engineering, plant engineering and mechanical engineering industries.

They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team based in the US.

Your Responsibilities:

• Establishing controlling structures and developing KPI systems for data-driven corporate management
• Defining the potential for financial structures in investments to be optimised
• Validating and optimising the forecasting and budgeting process at the portfolio level.
• Managing short- and long-term liquidity.
• Supporting the operational implementation of financing products and communication with financing partners.
• Conducting target-actual analyses to identify improvement options and implement appropriate measures
• Interaction and cooperation with the portfolio firms' financial departments.

Your Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a consulting role in a consulting company.
• Strong analytical and implementation skills from a commercial university.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action.
• Strong hands-on mentality and leadership qualities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Speaking German is a benefit.
• Being open to spending project-based time on-site at portfolio firms.
