I am seeking a Legal Executive with a Law degree to join the Risk team at Head office of my brilliant candidate. Working in a team of 3, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating all commercial contracts on behalf of the business as well as acting as legal support to key stakeholders.
Duties Will Include
Reviewing legal contracts in line with Professional Indemnity insurance and commercial guidelines- for the first 6 months all of your contracts will then be reviewed as a
Negotiating clauses with clients over email, telephone and meetings- must have the confidence to take the lead in these conversations to reach agreements
Extend liability where necessary
Review letters, scope of works, reports against PI insurance
Experience Necessary
To be successful in securing an interview for this role you must have a Law Degree and experience either in contract review, risk, or compliance.
