As a RF System Engineer, you will be responsible for:
supporting and providing input into organization-wide technical strategies that are spread across the telecommunications/mobile networks domain.
working with commercial companies at both the strategic and tactical levels to execute the established technological and mission-oriented plans.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related scientific or technical discipline; equivalent experience will also be considered.
12-15 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree in engineering, physics, or a related scientific or technical discipline; equivalent experience will also be considered.
TS/SCI w/polygraph clearance.
15% travel within the CONUS.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in RF spectrum analysis and link budget calculations.
Hands-on experience testing and operating RF equipment.
Analytical skills to analyze RF test data and provide technical recommendations for design and troubleshooting.
Ability to assess and define RF system requirements from inception to deployment.
Strong technical documentation skills, including capturing technical details discussed during Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM’s).
Support the development, acquisition, and maintenance of complex RF systems across all frequency ranges used in Communications.
Strategic thinking to identify cross-cutting enablement opportunities aligned with mission needs.
Ability to distill complex information into clear presentations and effectively communicate with senior decision-makers.
Desired Skills:
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
Experience in project/portfolio management.
Proficiency in designing, planning, establishing, and optimizing wireless infrastructures/networks.
Expertise in generating technical and strategic roadmaps.
Knowledge of government acquisition/procurement processes.
