Regional Sales Director - NY/NJ


About our client: Join a pioneering company at the forefront of enterprise cellular network technology. We design and implement advanced solutions like DAS, Small Cells, and private 4G/5G networks, empowering businesses and public institutions across the region.


They seek a dynamic individual with a combined technical and business acumen to spearhead their growth in the NYC metro.


The ideal candidate:

  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cellular network infrastructure, including DAS, Small Cells, and 4G/5G technologies. Familiarity with WLAN, SDLAN, and fiber-optic solutions a plus.
  • Business Acumen: Proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the technology sector. Experience navigating complex deals and building strong relationships with C-suite executives is essential.
  • Location: Ideally resides in the NY/NJ region.


In this unique role, you will:

  • Forge strategic partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target industries throughout the NY/NJ region.
  • Drive business development: Proactively identify new opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful partnerships.
  • Lead technical discussions: Leverage your deep understanding of cellular technology to engage clients, address their specific needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with operations and engineering to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay at the forefront: Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
