Team & Position Description

We are currently seeking a recruiter to join our human resources team! This role will primarily work with our warehouse teams and is required to be on-site daily. Our team of seasoned HR professionals work hand in hand with managers and employees to keep our companies a great place to work. What You’ll Do Day To Day (responsibilities)

  • Serve as the talent acquisition partner to internal stakeholders on warehouse related positions in order to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Lead the high-volume sourcing and screening of candidates to fill warehouse positions with high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with our warehouse leadership on retention of staff including new hire check-ins, proactive communication and training initiatives.
  • Work with our talent acquisition manager on recruitment related projects on an ad-hoc basis (i.e. warehouse orientation, culture events, town hall meeting preparation).

What We’re Looking For (Key Performance Objectives)

  • Learn our recruitment process within 30 days and provide insights on process improvements in order to enhance efficiencies.
  • Lead full cycle recruitment efforts (sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting job offers) for primarily warehouse roles with a goal of filling 50 positions by Spring 2025.
  • Implement a warehouse specific referral program including marketing and communication within 60 days.
  • Research and participate in at least 3 recruitment events to aid in creative sourcing efforts in order to increase our pipeline within 9 months.
  • In 9 months, take on leadership of our intern hiring processes.

Requirements/Ideal Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field required.
  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience in an agency or in-house setting with a focus on high volume recruitment.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish & English) is required.
  • On-site 5x a week required.
  • Experience with ADP, or other related recruitment software.
  • Exposure to Performance-Based Hiring principles is ideal, but not required.
