They're looking for a Property Management Executive to join their team. This person will be responsible for the daily management of a
condominium/coop hi-rise property and help oversee all aspects of building management.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Provide outstanding service to residents
Preserve and increase the value of the property
Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the property and ensure the property is in good working order
Facilities Management to include scheduling maintenance and repairs, negotiating contracts with vendors, regularly inspecting property; quickly resolving emergency maintenance issues
Financial Reporting to include keeping financial records for property operations and creating monthly financial reports for property owners
Owner Relations to include keeping open dialogue with property owners on physical condition of property and financial issues; attend monthly board meetings
Oversee repairs, apartment alterations and capital improvements, as required, in compliance with local codes
Handle emergency situations and deal with crisis management
Qualifications:
At least 5 years residential co-op/condo management experience if required; specifically, in Manhattan
BA/BS degree is strongly preferred.
Knowledge and experience with financial accounting in residential real estate, financial reporting and budgeting.
Hands-on experience with capital improvement construction projects, ability to plan, organize and coordinate multiple projects, and ability to read and understand construction specifications and blueprints.
Strong customer service skills require
