The Role and What You’ll Do:

The Agency Producer is responsible for the planning and executional coordination of video material related to mediums such as broadcast, OLV, digital and social, as well as photography and radio production. The Producer should have strong project management and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing budgets, timelines, and external vendors independently and serve as a backup to the Senior and Executive Producers as they work with cross-function partners across the company on a wide range of projects. The Producer should approach each project with forward-thinking and solutions to navigate needs and expectations of Agency and client to reach the best creative.

  • At least 5 years of experience in agency production;
  • Manage planning, execution, and delivery of video, audio, and photography;
  • Develop and manage budgets for each of the deliverables listed above;
  • Administer all production related paperwork, such as developing client estimates, vendor agreements, and purchase orders, as well as reconciliation of expenses and invoices;
  • Source and book production resources appropriate for scope and scale of projects (i.e., directors/ production companies, post houses/editors, animators, on-camera talent, photographers, etc);
  • Negotiate fees for talent, production services, usage rights;
  • Oversee shot list and shoot schedule development, travel coordination of agency members, on-site production execution, and assure permits and agreements have been obtained;
  • Maintain relationship with vendors and onboard diverse talent;
  • Ensure that all official paperwork is in place within the established purchasing procedures established by the Operations Department of 160over90 for all services;
  • Develop and maintain organized database of available resources (i.e. production houses, directors, editors, script writers, etc.);
  • Coordinate and oversee recording sessions, edits, and finishing;
  • Ensure that all assets have been legally obtained and are used within the rules of their purchased license;
  • Develop requirements, including file types, sizes, and delivery formats;
  • File trafficking and delivery;
  • Maintain archives of Final Spots on the Agency server.
