The primary responsibility of the Technology Services’ (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support two highly visible cloud systems, Coupa and Workday. NFF Inc. is seeking a Coupa Analyst to augment the team.

You will provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Coupa application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports and/or business processes. The Contractor would support the Production Coupa environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.

The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience

  • The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Coupa.
  • Regression testing of the application and integrations for the upcoming Coupa release.
  • Strong analytical and development skills in Coupa Analytics.
  • Excellent work ethic, communication and organizational skills.
  • Support regression testing of new Coupa releases.
  • Design and test assigned reports.
  • Monitor integration issues in Production, and work with business users and scrum team on the issue resolution.
  • Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design and test results.
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • US Citizenship Required ***
