Under the direction of the President and CEO of DWI and the Foundation Board Chair, the Executive Director of the Development Workshop Foundation provides vision, leadership, strategic direction, and administrative oversight for the comprehensive fundraising efforts of the Foundation. This role involves developing and implementing strategic fundraising plans, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring financial sustainability, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The Executive Director also recruits and mentors the governing board and supports the current foundation board. Success in this role is measured by achieving fundraising goals, maintaining financial stability, and fostering positive community relationships.
