Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Employment Specialist. The Employment Specialist will be responsible for conducting interviews, providing customer service to job seekers and employers, delivering training programs, and assisting with recruiting efforts. The Employment Specialist will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in conducting interviews and assessing job candidates
Customer service experience
Knowledge of training principles and methodologies
Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
Experience working in a healthcare or social services setting is a plus
