Position: Director of Business Development

Location: Bowling Green, KY

Position Type: Hybrid (dependent on productivity)

Salary: $60K - $125K

Commission/Bonus: 15% over 1.5X base

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at target customer accounts.
• Analyze market trends to establish competitive advantages.
• Generate leads from various sources to build a robust database of potential clients.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless execution and performance.
• Aspire to grow into a Sales Director role, managing and leading the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in dry van logistics, with experience in expedited and flatbed sectors.
• Proven track record with a strong network of customers.
• Average production of $2M-$5M.
• No non-competes.
• Minimum of 3 years of brokerage experience.
