Corporate FP&A Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

Adams Outdoor Advertising (AOA), the 4th largest and largest private Outdoor Advertising firm in the U.S., is seeking an experienced Corporate FP&A Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) principles, as well as experience in developing and maintaining financial models, preparing financial forecasts, and developing annual budgets.

The Corporate FP&A Analyst supports data-informed decision making by the Legal, Real Estate, and Operations Teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE:

• Responsible for the financial planning of Legal, Real Estate, and Operations Functions for the Company.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making across the assigned functions.
• Prepare financial forecasts, reports, and presentations for the short-term and long-term across the assigned functions.
• Provide analytical support for various real estate projects, offering insights into potential financial impacts, cost-saving opportunities, and strategic considerations.
• Develop budget forecasts and scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of various asset decisions.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain differences between actual and budgeted results.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management and effectively communicate to convey financial information and insights.
• Performs other functions as assigned.
  
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in FP&A within the commercial real estate industry highly preferred
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Corporate experience preferred
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, adeptly transforming complex financial data into insightful presentations
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
