Adams & Martin Group has partnered with an established Commercial Real Estate Law Firm located in the city of Orange who is seeking a skilled paralegal in this area of law. The ideal candidate will be available to work on a temp-to-hire basis for the next 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting thorough due diligence including title, survey, zoning, entitlement, and entity authority assessments.

- Facilitating escrow processes, managing settlement statements, and coordinating transaction closings.

- Proficiently organizing corporate filings, consents, and resolutions.

- Managing document workflows, including database and data room setup and maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

- Self-Motivated Professional: We seek individuals who are proactive, reliable, and possess strong analytical and technical skills.

- Impeccable Communication: Excellent writing, grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities are essential.

- Adaptable Team Player: The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects independently or collaboratively.

- Deadline-Oriented: Capable of working under pressure, prioritizing tasks, and delivering results with minimal supervision.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel is a must.

- Education and Certification: A bachelor's degree and a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program are required.
