Our client is actively seeking a driven Assistant Project Manager to join their team in Delaware County, PA. This role involves assisting in project coordination, budget management, scheduling, and subcontractor management. Location: Delaware County, PA
Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000/year bonus
Responsibilities as the Assistant Project Manager:
Project Coordination: Assist in managing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
Subcontractor Management: Assist in managing subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and timelines.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with project specifications.
Qualifications for the Assistant Project Manager:
Experience: 2-5 years of commercial construction experience, with a strong background in healthcare or higher education projects (required).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Attributes: Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a team environment.
