About The Role

Supporting learners to navigate their specialist subject to maximise their academic and/or professional development, with relevant and engaging content, aligned to the subject and learning objectives.

Utilise your industry skills and experience to design and organise your short course, including any associated administration.

With an awareness of related activities, resources and events in the East Midlands you will deliver and manage your short course to make a positive contribution.

Build rapport with learners through an enthusiastic and confident approach to delivery. The courses are fee paying - so an emphasis on customer service and value for money is paramount.

You'll receive a management fee for preparing and delivering your short course, this will be discussed and negotiated with Aimee Bollu.

For more details, please take a look at the role profile. We'll still consider applications even if you don't meet every single one of the requirements, so don't be put off if you don't match them perfectly.

Next Steps

If you have an idea for a short course please apply and submit your proposal as part of your application. Please refer to the guidance document below for support constructing your proposal.

Within the application you will be asked to answer specific questions about your proposal, however we encourage you to upload your proposal, as a Word or PDF document, when submitting your application.

This advert is part of a rolling recruitment campaign which means applications are always accepted and proposals are reviewed regularly. You will be contacted regarding your proposal and, if it is deemed potentially feasible, invited to meet to discuss in more detail.

For informal enquiries please contact Aimee Bollu, Short Course Manager on 44 (0)115 848 2394 or by email at [email protected].
