As the Director of Operations, you will:

Ensure efficient delivery of support services within the hospital.

Provide leadership for all non-clinical functions.

Collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Clinical Services on strategic plans.

Maximise patient activity and increase revenue.

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Support departmental managers in formulating plans and goals.

Ensure NHS activity delivery according to RTT 18 week protocols.Package and Benefits:

£60,000

Degree level education or postgraduate leadership and management qualification.

Experience in interpreting financial data.

Experience in analysis, reporting, and proposal development for capital assets.

Commercial contract management experience, including NHS contracts.

Knowledge of revenue management systems and processes.

Proven ability in driving efficiency and optimisation activities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.

Knowledge of regulations within hospital management.

Experience in recruitment, selection, and staff development.
