You will offer Retail solutions or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts in Benelux region.



What you will do:

  • Be the growth engine of the Retail Global Industry Unit, actively prospecting and identifying high-value potential clients.
  • You will be responsible of the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with sole emphasis on new business sales.
  • Handling strategic accounts and relationships across the team.
  • Drive Pipeline development through customer visits, campaigns, collaboration with other Oracle LOBs and Partners.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure coverage within the designated territory.
  • Engage with Customers to position Oracle Retail solutions through strategic value-based selling, case definition, return on investment analysis, references and analyst data.
  • Accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting to the senior management.
  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
  • Build long term strong relationship in the market with key stakeholders.




What you will bring:

  • Minimum of 10 years of full cycle software selling experience in a new business development role (experience selling applications to retail industry is a big plus).
  • Dutch speaking and fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Elite communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Tenacious spirit and a results-oriented mindset.
