Job Description
The Office Assistant intern is a member of the Shared Service Center of LVMH Beauty in the Netherlands. The primary responsibilities of the Office Assistant intern are to support the Dutch teams providing comprehensive and pragmatic operational office support to the business, reporting to the Office manager.

Job Description
The Office Assistant intern is a member of the Shared Service Center of LVMH Beauty in the Netherlands. The primary responsibilities of the Office Assistant intern are to support the Dutch teams providing comprehensive and pragmatic operational office support to the business, reporting to the Office manager.
Job responsibilities
Tasks
- Support the Office manager on the change of office project (communication plans, office organization and supplier management)
- Manage general office duties to ensure company processes run smoothly
- Manage the organizational and operational tasks related to deliveries of supplies to the office, successfully on time and within budget
- Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements and distribution supplies where necessary
- Coordinates with all the relevant departments (HR, Country Manager, Operations) in order to ensure meetings are prepared and candidates/ colleagues are welcomed to the office (Registration of access tags to the building and office)
- Order food & drink for the office and ensure kitchen is maintained and stocked
- Arrange meeting spaces or organization of team events
- Resolve office related malfunctions and responds to requests or issues
- Contact person for the landlord for damages at the office
- Contact person for engineers and other tenants in the building
- Booking travel arrangements and hotel accommodation
- Daily contact with receptionists and cleaning lady
Desired Skills And Experience
- MBO thinking and working level, preferably with a secretarial, facility and/or administrative background
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail, accurate and structured
- Proactive and full committed to all aspects of work
- Efficient, with capacity to multi-tasking
- Ability to interact effectively with employees and external contacts
- Trustworthy with high standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
