Sales Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to join our team in Pune or Bihar. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales training programs and workshops.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with sales managers.
• Create training materials, including presentations, exercises, and case studies.
• Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide feedback and coaching to sales team members to improve performance.
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify training gaps and address specific needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training and 5 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering successful sales training programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire sales team members.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
