We’re looking for a PMO Analyst who expects more from their career. It’s an opportunity to work alongside the project sponsor, programme manager, senior stakeholders and project teams to support in activities that enable successful control and execution of the programme.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Project support and coordination
- Facilitate scheduling meetings (including workshops) and coordination of activities with stakeholders under guidance from key programme team members and documenting minutes of meeting where necessary
- Maintaining available project plans for key workstreams and keeping them up to date leveraging information from JIRA
- Maintaining distribution lists
- Maintaining programme structure, stakeholder map updates as needed
- Maintaining collaboration tools (e.g. Teams site, iSite hubs etc) and project management tooling (Jira/Aha)
- Working with HR and procurement teams for managing hiring related activities and processes including maintaining a CV tracker for all candidates involved in the interview process.
- Scheduling interviews and liaising with recruitment agencies as needed
- Managing Purchase Orders and Receipting process for all contractors and third-party purchases for the programme under guidance from the programme manager
- Manage and own programme logistics (e.g. permanent conference room, booking other conference rooms to support meetings, ensuring the main programme room doesn’t get overbooked for same slots, All-hands venues and set up etc)
- Supporting contractor access to dh network and applications upon request, including supporting with trouble shooting (i.e. knowing which team to contact, what process to follow)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or similar
- 2-4 years in a project management or PMO role
- Experience with project management software especially JIRA with good hands-on ability to work in JIRA
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Detail oriented with a knack for multi-tasking and strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
