Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team at BeeKayIT NetSec Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in resolving network issues. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in network support and administration
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, network routing, and switching
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues and perform root cause analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or related certifications are a plus
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and devices
• Monitor network performance and ensure optimal network operation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions
• Identify and resolve network security vulnerabilities
• Perform network upgrades and migrations
• Create and maintain network documentation
• Provide training and support to end-users on network functionality
• Stay up-to-date with emerging network technologies and trends
