Role Summary:

As an analyst, you'll be engaged in conducting transmission and grid planning studies for different Indian states and globally. This role provides a chance to contribute to integrating renewable energy sources into transmission networks. Additionally, you'll lead efforts in planning to integrate other clean energy technologies into distribution networks.


Key Tasks & Accountability:

  • Development of wind/solar power generation models using MS excel/Python or similar
  • Analysis of meteorological data sets
  • Work on Energy transition Systems.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within energy systems.
  • Work on use cases related to transition of High emitting sectors in Energy to Low/No Carbon.


Education and Experience:

Domain expertise and qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree relevant to the energy, engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Should have experience of 1-5 years in Energy Sector


Skills:

  • Good understanding of the mathematical formulation of the various renewable energy models.
  • Good understanding of the renowned solar/wind power generation models
  • problem solving and analytical skills
  • Should have knowledge on Energy sectors like Fossil fuels, Renewables, Real estate, Transport etc.

  • A team player with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • A self-motivator and a collaborative team player.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to assume leadership roles when necessary.
  • Agile, action oriented and a quick learner.
  • Out of box thinker.
