Human Resources (HR) Internship in Hyderabad

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Electronica Finance Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of finance. Your role will involve working closely with our HR team to support various aspects of employee management and development.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Helping coordinate and facilitate employee training programs and development initiatives.
• Collaborating with HR team to organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Supporting HR team with data entry and maintenance of employee records using MS-Excel.
• Assisting with drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.
• Conducting research on HR best practices and industry trends to contribute new ideas.
• Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed.
