Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives for sponsorship products.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building with potential sponsors.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations that align with client objectives and brand values.
- Negotiate and close high-value sponsorship deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote sponsorship products and build industry relationships.
- A minimum of 15 years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on sponsorship products or related fields.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- In-depth understanding of the sports and entertainment industry, including market trends and sponsorship landscape.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
