Are you an engineer that has worked within a chemical plant environment? Have you got a Chemical or Mechanical degree? Do you want ongoing training and development where you will become an expert within this industry?

This family owned business specialises in the design and manufacture of chemical products. They are undergoing a period of rapid growth, where they are now one of Canada’s biggest companies within their industry. As a result, they have undergone huge investment and they are opening a new state of the art site in 2025. Due to this, they are looking for a Plant Engineer to join their expert team.

In this varied role, you will coordinate plant maintenance, breakdown analysis and project installations. You will also support the maintenance team with reactive and planned maintenance works. You will undergo continuous training to become an expert within this industry.

This role would ideally suit a Plant Engineer who has worked within a chemical environment, who has either an Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree, whilst undertaking lots of training and development.

The Role:

Support maintenance team to analyse equipment operation/failures/replacements

Maintain and develop plant drawings and standards

Project Manager for projects
