Growth Marketing Manager

We’re growing and we are looking to add a Growth Marketing Manager to our fast-paced and customer-oriented Marketing team.

We are looking for a driven growth marketer capable of wearing many hats to help us accelerate the Enterprise B2B SaaS arm of our business. We’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable defining a new strategy and executing it on a tactical level.

Location: We’re a remote-first company and looking to hire this person anywhere between the PST - EST time zone in Canada (excluding Quebec).

In the Growth Marketing Manager role, you will:

  • Drive Growth Strategy: Work hands-on to stand up new growth marketing initiatives and execute experiments across a variety of channels. This role is for marketers who love to be scrappy, test new ideas, analyze results, and refine their strategies.
  • Paid Advertising Strategy: Manage our paid advertising strategy to ensure effective, cost-efficient pipeline generation, driven by LTV at all stages of the funnel. You must be able to work hands-on in our Paid Search and Paid Social accounts daily.
  • Campaign Analysis: Extract insights and guide actionable changes that will accelerate performance across conversion, engagement, and acquisition.
  • Reporting and Optimization: Report results, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Test various marketing experiments to optimize lead and pipeline generation across a variety of channels including, but not limited to, advertising, outbound, ABM, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Customer-first Collaboration: In this role, you’ll work closely with our Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams on joint campaigns built for specific types of customers. This role calls for someone who is excited about the customer, their use case and able to map their journey for the best path to conversion.
  • Channel Exploration: Explore and unlock new channels to help Jungle Scout reach brands and retailers.

Who you are:

  • Experienced: 5 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth for a B2B Saas business.
  • Performance Marketing Experience: Hands-on knowledge of performance marketing channels, ranging from paid search and social media to SEO.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: An understanding of conversion rate optimization and effective ad copy.
  • Analytical Skills: An ability to look at data, numbers, customer research, and qualitative data, and use it to understand what’s happening and what people need.
  • Adaptability: An ability to adapt to different marketing channels and constantly expand your own skills and knowledge.
  • Content and Copy Skills: Content and copy skills—you’re great with words, you can get a point across in a concise manner, you can channel the voice of the customer and adapt to write for different audiences.
  • Aptitude for New Tools: You love getting into systems, like Marketing Automation tools, ABM platforms, etc… and making them harmonize together.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the ecommerce industry and/or ecommerce technology ecosystem, or if not, a willingness to get to know this industry inside and out.
