Objective

This position is responsible for managing all facets of Warehouse operations and actively leads team(s) of Packaging Operators, Technicians, and Leads.

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain all quality standards set for warehouse operations at Monster Brewing Company facilities.
• Mastery of all outbound shipments, inbound receiving, and inventory counting.
• Manage and oversee daily warehouse administrative tasks.
• Operate independently without supervision.
• Manage Warehouse related tasks and procedures timely in Orchestrated Beer.
• Train all Warehouse positions as required.
• Lead by example and use time wisely.
• Supervise and lead a team of Warehouse Operators and Technicians.
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Engage in improvement projects coordinated through the General Manager or Director of Brewing Operations.
• Screen, interview and hire new staff for the Warehouse department.
• Ensure team is compliant with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Communicates effectively and timely using either email, phone, text or verbal tools.
  
  

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform facility related duties as required or assigned.
• Support other departments when situations warrant and make connections between processes.
• Validate timecards for Warehouse personnel every 2 weeks.
• Oversee planned and unplanned maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Update, maintain and oversee all Warehouse related SOP’s for proper functioning of department.
  
  

Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 3 years of management experience in Warehouse operations, plus preferred inventory experience
• Forklift certified
• Knowledge of proper and safe operation
• Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities
• Mechanical aptitude required
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
• Ability to work well at a fast pace in high pressure situations
• Strong attention to detail
  
  

Physical & Mental Requirements

Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, in at times extreme environments, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations. Required to frequently lift 50lbs to shoulder height and push or pull 160 lbs. Expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls. May be required to work overnight shifts.
