Job Summary
The Vice President of Business Development secures and maintains new Manage Service Program agreements. This position requires to use a consultative sales approach to cultivate relationships with client decision-makers. In this senior-level position, you are encouraged to have a deep understanding of the industry and be able to identify and pursue opportunities for potential partnerships.
Job Responsibilities
Cultivate and expand strategic client relationships.
Identify potential partner targets that can build new revenue opportunities and service lines.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the service lines across all accounts.
Handle sales pipeline and resources to support volume growth.
Drive volume/growth to meet performance targets by generating demand and ensuring accurate placement execution.
Conduct outbound sales activities and visit clients as needed.
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with third-party entities.
Increase AMN service offerings' market share.

Pay Rate
$148,000 - $185,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
