Vice President, Client Business Partner

Join Our Team as a Vice President, Client Business Partner

Do you have a strong passion for client success and analytics? We are currently seeking a motivated Vice President, Client Business Partner to join our team. This hybrid role requires a physical presence on-site in New Jersey two days a week, and candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance in the US.

Responsibilities

Client Management: Develop and manage operational plans for assigned clients.

Sales Opportunities: Identify potential service offerings to address clients' strategic goals.

Relationship Building: Create and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

Business Planning: Collaborate on joint business plans with clients and sales leaders.

Contract Management: Oversee and manage client contracts.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance to on-site consulting teams for effective analytics delivery.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales leaders and practice areas to achieve sales objectives.

Promotion: Represent the company through presentations at conferences and external events to generate new business leads.

Professional Development

Build financial expertise by managing financial aspects for assigned clients.

Develop a consultative approach to address client business challenges.

Manage stakeholder personas to address obstacles to purchase decisions.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or Master's Degree

10 years of industry experience in CPG, consulting, IT, and analytics

Strong analytical skills

Proven experience in managing complex client relationships and developing C-suite connections

Demonstrated record in management and coaching

Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office

Financial management experience is a plus

Exposure to our solutions is advantageous

Proven ability in building client engagement is preferred
