Job Overview/Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Business Analyst with expertise in Eloqua and Salesforce. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing processes, leveraging Eloqua's capabilities, and integrating seamlessly with Salesforce. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing automation, data analysis, and a deep understanding of how technology can enhance marketing operations.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Oracle Eloqua, including but not limited to campaign management, lead scoring, segmentation, and form creation.

Configure and maintain Eloqua campaigns, ensuring efficient lead nurturing and scoring processes.

Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Eloqua solutions.

Work closely with the Salesforce team to integrate Eloqua with Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow between the two systems.

Leverage Salesforce data for targeted marketing campaigns and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Analyze marketing and sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key marketing metrics and KPIs.

Identify opportunities for process improvement within the marketing automation and CRM systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficient and scalable marketing processes.

Provide training and support to marketing teams on Eloqua best practices and new features.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for marketing automation processes and configurations.

Primary Skills

Proficiency in Oracle Eloqua.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Secondary Skills

Experience with other marketing automation tools.

Knowledge of additional CRM systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Marketing Business Analyst, with a focus on Eloqua and Salesforce.

Eloqua and Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proven track record of successful Eloqua implementations and optimizations.
